Establishment Regulation and Rules:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE ENTRY/PERMANENCE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE WHO:

• Smokes inside the rooms.

• Brings a person not registered into the establishment.

• Provokes or incites any kind of discomfort or disorder to other guests.

• Talks or treats any staff member of DORA Resort or DORA Campus in disrespectful manner.

• Does not respect appropriate noise levels after 10 pm.

• Stays in the establishment after 11 am the departure day without prior notice and authorization.

Any of these circumstances will be considered as a cancellation of the client’s reservation, and shall release to the establishment any obligation to reimburse the amounts linked to the reservation.

• In case of damage to the furniture and equipment of the establishment, the client must immediately notify the manager and will be required to replace for the damages resulting from not communicating in time.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

By agreeing to the current Terms & Conditions, you understand and acknowledge that your participation in any Activities conducted on properties knows as DORA Resort and DORA Campus, owned by Paledora SA de CV, operated by Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and managed by Paledora Inc. involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including COVID-19 infection, and that my participation and/or any Minors participation in the Activities may result in injury or illness that could cause serious and permanent disability or death. You expressly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from my participation and/or any Minors’ participation in the Activities. Your and/or any Minors participating in the Activities do not have any medical, physical or psychological conditions that would prevent full and safe participation in the Activities or I have a health care professional’s permission to participate in the Activities.

You hereby release and forever discharge DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc. and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, independent contractors and employees from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, and expenses (“Claims”) including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or wrongful death arising out of my participation and/or any Minors’ participation or stay, whether based in negligence, contract, strict liability or other bases, whether such claims are known or unknown to you at the time you agree to these Terms, and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc. or by any affiliates. You agree to waive my right and/or any Minors right to bring any and all such Claims, including any right to sue DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc. and affiliates and to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc. from and against any Claims arising out of or relating to my participation and/or any Minors participation in the activities or in their stay.

COVID-19 Release Form

You and your party of guests on behalf of myself and my heirs, successors and assigns, voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc., its affiliates, and each of their Team Members, directors, officers, affiliates, investors, insurers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified”) from any and all claims, demands, torts, contracts, obligations, suits, actions, causes of action, or damages (“Losses”) arising from or related to COVID-19 connected in any way with my access or use of the Property, including, but not limited to, claims based on the alleged negligence of any Indemnified or any other person. I further promise not to sue DORA Resort & DORA Campus, property owners, Paledora SA de CV, operator Concepto Cinco Elementos SA de CV and manager Paledora Inc. or any Indemnified for any illness, injury, death, or other Losses arising out of or related to COVID-19 and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all Losses resulting therefrom.
