Through movement and breath, mediation and prayer, touch and connection, we nurture and inspire our innate healing powers. Alchemizing Osteopathic philosophy and Rebalancing Bodywork, infused with Craniosacral Therapy and White Flame technology, Garnet’s treatment programs are intuitively woven to enhance and empower our divine natural intelligence.

Dani Nobrega

Dani is passionate about assisting folks on their healing path through movement, meditation, deep inquiry and the Shamanic arts. She currently runs online group programs and 1:1 coaching and healings that support the flourishing of your health and wellbeing.

As a founding member of The World Groove Movement and Director of The Groove Academy Dani has spent the last 10 years traveling the world teaching, mentoring and developing education for their growing tribe of Groove facilitators. She's currently living in the Riviera Maya in Mexico.
